At Without Limits, we embrace this energy by sharing our love of running with young athletes.

Recognized by the USA Track and Field Association, Without Limits youth program and running camps focus on increasing running endurance, speed, and agility to help athletes maximize their full potential. Our fun, yet challenging environment promotes hard work and instills the notion that there’s, “no limit” to the things you can do.

Without Limits coaches are EXPERIENCED!  Without Limits coaches are former division 1 collegiate runners, along with USATF certified Level 1, Level 2, and USAT Youth Specialty.  We focus on the mechanics and development of athletes to prepare them for high school and collegiate running.  LET US SHOW YOU THE DIFFERENCE!

Register your child for one of our seasons below.  Each week we send out a parent email.  All parents and athletes that have a

phone can use our athlete portal to see where practices are and stay in touch with news.  We encourage all youth athletes and parents to bookmark our athlete portal to your phone for easy access to the calendar and to purchase coaching packages each season.  Email us with any questions.  info@iamwithoutlimits.com

Youth Fall Cross Country and Sprints

Location: Long Leaf Park (Hugh MacRae)/UNCW

Distance Program: endurance + strength development and outdoor track season pre-speed work Sprint Training Program: short speed + agility + strength development

FALL EXTENSION Nike XC Regionals

Regional Cross Country Championship Season

November 3rd-November 29th

The Without Limits Team will be competing in the Nike Cross Nationals in Cary north Carolina on November 29th. This will allow athletes to sleep in their own beds during Thanksgiving weekend while getting the opportunity to race against first caliber opponents. We will be leaving

Wilmington around 5:00 AM

8:30am – BOYS “Rising Stars” Race

Location: Hoggard High School Track

Grade: 7th-12th – must be competitive

– 12/29 NC United Youth Indoor Track and Field Classic(all athletes) – 1/5 Champion Fast Track HS Invitational (sprints and jumps) – 1/26 Mondo Elite HS Invite  (Must qualify) – 2/4 Winter WOL Classic Additional included opportunities with the program include Long run at Umstead park + Breakfast after and the Southern Tour Ultra 10 man team January 19th.

Without Limit Cross Country Camp

About the Camp

The Without Limits Youth Cross Country Camp is open to anyone wanting to learn how to properly train for a lifetime of solid competitive running.  Our camp is designed to encourage athletes through positive reinforcement, in picturesque settings, with a goal to make life-long runners.

We have two programs that run side by side:

HIGH SCHOOL: Since 2014 our High School Program has had top performers and teams from across the southeast. The camp is oriented for teams and individuals looking to maximize their talents as distance runners, learning from some of the top coaches in our region.

MIDDLE SCHOOL: Our Middle School program has much of the same instruction and goal acquisition, but the training and activities are tailored for our less experienced distance athletes. Eighth graders with distance running experience are frequently moved into, and excel, groupings with older runners.
